About the space: This multi-use 130 sq/ft room has two windows for natural light, hardwood floors and pale blue walls offering the perfect blank canvas to fit any of your office or studio needs. Located within a home in a residential neighborhood on the border of North Minneapolis and Brooklyn Center. Owned by a group of artists that started a Queer Arts Collective known as The Red Light House. The garage attached to the house was converted for The Red Light House to host events, creative workshops and rehearsal space. It is also outfitted as a multi-use studio space for artists. We will accommodate requests to utilize this very large space as a bonus for renting the room within the house. The room is privately located on the main floor of the house. There is a bathroom on-site, several outlets evenly spaced around the room, and plenty of closet space for storage.
